The Murals

The basis of this entire art project is mural painting. It is what takes this global concept and brings it local. The experience of painting them, in some ways, is as much a part of the activism as the finished works. Each mural and installation has a story. That story often begins years before the painting begins and would not be possible without interaction with the local community. Each new mural is like a swarm, an expansion, of the piece that came before.
